About Our Company

The company was established 15 years ago back in 1997 under the name Hiquest Computer Solutions where we began as a retail outlet based in Bundoora.

It became apparent that servicing computers was going to become the main focus of the business. So a few years on and 5 technicians later we found ourselves providing technical support to business's from the CBD up to Whittlesea. This has continued right up until today where we now share our work load with a partner company in order to be able to reach our clients promptly. We pride ourselves on being friendly and yet professional at the same time which gets a thumbs up with our customers.

We have catered for business's and schools of all shapes and sizes and retained a healthy and loyal customer base.

Although hardware and software sales are not our main focus we have access to most of Australias leading computer wholesalers and are always competitively priced. We pride ourselves on our technical expertize and knowledge of cost effective solutions for any business environment. Now trading in Laurimar we can offer professional services to you at mates rates. We will be expanding our services and providing telecommunications and CCTV packages in the near future.

Due to location there are no callout charges and all computer hardware/Software purchases will be delivered free of charge. To those working families that cannot make it home until after business hours fear not, We are available to provide onsite support after normal business hours to suit your needs.

"I cant be without my computer"

If your computer is likely to take longer than expected to repair we will offer a loan machine for you to use whilst we work on a fix. This is a Free service and is only available to residents of Doreen and Mernda.

"Can i get it Cheaper?"

We offer discounts on microsoft products, namely the office 2010 suites and windows 7 operating software. We can sell these cheaper than most retail outlets. We can also provide discounted apple computer hardware, This is only available on their professional products such as Macbooks & iMacs. If interested please enquire.
