Operating out of Laurimar allows us to pickup and deliver your computer free of charge.
Onsite versus pickup & delivery:
Because we charge at an hourly rate when visiting onsite it can work in your favour to have the computer picked up and dropped off once repaired. This allows us to fix the repair fee at one hour no matter how long it takes. Returned computers will be setup onsite as was before pickup. Any costs that may excede the norm will be discussed prior to work being performed.
